Aerie - Stock Associate

Job Description

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail.

While the Stockroom is your primary work area, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Process shipments, replenish inventory, apply markdowns, and execute merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures stay in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards, following AEO policies and procedures in both the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.

• Strong interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong priority‑setting and time‑management abilities.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role is preferred.
