Job Summary

Full‑time Sales Lead for Fabletics Retail Store at Crocker Park, Westlake, OH. The role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience, supporting sales and operations, and managing customer engagement both in‑store and online.

• Embodies Fabletics culture and values, providing customers with insight into living their passion.
• Actively engages customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drives customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provides training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Co‑ordinates with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the purchase journey.
• Provides and nourishes feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strives for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serves as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintains personal sales goals and achieves sales targets.
• Maintains all safety and security standards, identifies and communicates potential issues.
• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs.

• Minimum one (1) year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and willingness to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, strong communicator, able to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
