• Conduct the Sales and Service Process steps:
  • Greeting the Customer
  • Explaining the Process transparently
  • Merchandise Selection
  • Fitting – Accu Fit
  • Solve visual problems or challenges for customers

• Serve as a center of excellence for others, focusing on "Right the First Time" and modeling the CEE service and selling model.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their vision, lifestyle, and budget, and recommend improvements.
• Anticipate problems, analyze root causes, and implement long‑term solutions.
• Show patience, courtesy, and research answers to unfamiliar questions.
• Educate customers on Lens Crafters guarantees and services (Eyewear Protection Plan, care tips, complimentary adjustments, follow‑up services).
• Take responsibility for accurate measurements, mandatory positioning, and detailed workmanship.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets Lens Crafters optical standards and customer requests.
