Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.;
Oversee scheduling, back of house organization, shipment and product prep processes, inventory/damages audits, and banking & loss prevention systems.;
Train new associates on operational processes and co-manage payroll and store financial performance.;
Co-lead floor sets/refresh management and communicate performance observations with leadership.;
Ensure opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss prevention practices to protect company assets.
