Business Development Associate

Core Responsibilities

• Support outbound prospecting efforts through email outreach and cold‑calling to prospective clients and centers of influence
• Assist with the generation, qualification, and tracking of leads in support of new business initiatives
• Maintain and update CRM and related business development systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to reporting and analysis of prospecting metrics, such as outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline status

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business development or sales support within a professional services firm
• Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting, including phone‑based outreach and professional email campaigns
• Experience working with CRM systems (MS Dynamics 365 a plus)
