Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Lobby

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures at a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Monitor entry activity, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests to the appropriate contact or department in a courteous and professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocol.;
Answer phones, handle general inquiries, and support communication between the front desk, site personnel, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.;
Observe the lobby and reception area for suspicious or unauthorized activity and help to deter issues through attentive front desk presence and timely reporting.
