We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent service.

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
• Test and adjust HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document work completed, including parts used and service reports.
• Must be able to work 7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday and possibly on call.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer - with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
