We offer on-the-job training for the physical installation of a variety of solutions at customer sites across Ohio so you can be fully prepared for each task. Your responsibilities will include staging equipment at our Westlake headquarters, transporting it to customer sites, and installing and testing solutions to guarantee an optimal customer experience year‑round following best practices and the guidance of the on‑site field lead.

- Represent Data Serv in a positive manner to colleagues, the customer base, and vendors.
- Assist engineers with staging and installation activities.
- Transport equipment between sites using a company vehicle.
- Travel to customer sites to mount, rack, and place various equipment including access points, door controls, phones, servers, switches, video surveillance cameras, etc.
- Use power tools and extended ladders to mount equipment to concrete walls – training will be provided.
- Participate in internal and customer project meetings as needed.
- Follow internal processes and embrace best practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Frequent travel across Ohio, Monday‑Friday with extended hours.
- Mechanically inclined; ability to use power tools, hand tools, and climb ladders. Experience is preferred but in‑house training is offered.
- Meet physical demands of the position, including the ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds, bend, stoop, and stretch for placement and retrieval of materials or equipment on shelving, with or without accommodation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both collaborative team and customer‑facing environments.
- High degree of professionalism to act as a representative of the organization appropriately.
- Candidates are required to complete a drug test and background check.
