Trillium Construction is seeking experienced journeyman commercial electricians for a long-term project in Westlake, Ohio. This project involves the removal and replacement of existing electrical systems, followed by a complete rewire of a commercial building. Pay rate is $34.00 – $36.00/hour depending on experience. This is a long-term opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace existing electrical installations throughout the facility
• Perform full electrical rewiring of a commercial building
• Bend conduit up to 1" using a hand bender
• Install EMT conduit, MC cable, and associated support systems
• Install and terminate receptacles, switches, and outlets
• Install and connect LED lighting and lighting controls
• Install and support low-voltage systems as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Perform troubleshooting and ensure systems are installed to code
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Must have verified experience as a commercial electrician
• Proficient in bending conduit up to 1" with a hand bender
• Experience with MC cable, conduit systems, and commercial rough-in/trim work
• Ability to install receptacles, lighting, and low-voltage components
• Must have own basic hand tools and a cordless drill
• Must wear all required PPE at all times on the jobsite
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision when required
• Must pass all pre-employment qualifications
