What You'll Do

Maintain a safe work environment and report unsafe conditions.

Perform and document preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; repair or replace parts as needed.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.

Operate welding and cutting tools and fabricate/repair wooden and metal structures.

Adjust, test, and fine-tune devices and control instruments for proper performance.

Initiate purchase orders for parts and materials.

Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards.

Follow company policies, complete daily labor records, and perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures correctly.

Develop multiple skills to support various production areas and work efficiently under urgency.

Lift, lower, and carry up to 40 pounds as needed.

What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
Ability to read instructions, blueprints, and measurement devices (micrometers, calipers).
Basic computer skills.
Tow Motor and Scissor Lift certification required;
Arc Flash knowledge preferred.
Knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
