If you have experience helping customers in an office, call center, retail store, restaurant, healthcare facility, hotel, or another service environment, your experience may transfer to one of these opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering telephone calls, emails, or customer messages
• Providing information about products and services
• Scheduling appointments and updating customer accounts
• Entering accurate information into computer systems
• Processing orders, requests, payments, or applications
• Resolving routine customer questions and concerns
• Connecting customers with the appropriate department
• Maintaining professional and confidential records
