* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all guests’ needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, offering proactive solutions to any issues that arise.
* Manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring efficiency during peak hours without compromising service quality.
* Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of the business.

** What You Need for this Position
*** Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
