Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals and Teaching Aids for full-time positions within school districts. As a Paraprofessional, you will assist teachers in providing high-quality education and support to students, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.

• Unofficial transcripts with a minimum of 60 semester hours; or
• Valid MI Teaching Certificate; or ETS Parapro Assessment - A passing score of 460 is required College Board SAT Evidence based reading and writing-480, mathematics 530 on or after 3/5/16. Discontinued Para Tests and Dates Title I Paraprofessional Requirements. Workkeys is acceptable if taken prior to 6/1/2017.

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
• Help implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
