In deze rol ondersteun je cliënten in hun ontwikkeling, ontmoet je hen op verschillende locaties, en stel je persoonlijke begeleidingstrajecten op. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je werk zelf in te delen en krijgt ondersteuning van je team. Het salaris ligt tussen de €3.088,- en €4.149,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, met extra voordelen zoals vakantiegeld en verlof.
