Our client, a Leader in the Food Operation and Distribution Industry has an immediate opening for an IT Financial Analyst (Hardware/Software Asset Management) for a 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire opportunity

On-site in Grand Rapids, MI / Hybrid Schedule (3-4 days onsite with Tuesday being a mandatory day)

This role is to identify, analyze, consolidate, and manage costs and contracts for IT Asset Management
. This will include managing new or extended Hardware leases, the cost of Software for existing and new Licenses and tracking of contracts and spend, this will also include new License needs as they arise. This role may also perform Financial Analysis on SOW-based projects and other ongoing Software Vendor projects to make certain that deliverables and spend are being managed.

This role will utilize the Service Now platform as the primary business tool for documenting and managing IT Assets and IT spend. Candidates with user-focused experience with Service Now are highly desired, this firm will also train in Service Now for an experienced IT Financial Analyst who has experience with Hardware/Software Asset Management.

• 2-3+ years experience with IT Finance / Cost Analysis
• IT Financial Analysis with a focus on Software Licensing
• IT Asset Management
• Spend Data Analysis experience
• Service Now User experience Highly Desired - will train if needed
• Degree Preferred
• Strong Excel Skills
