Bayforce seeks an experienced MES / MOM Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot Manufacturing Execution Systems across SMT production lines. You will bridge IT and OT, ensuring reliable machine connectivity and real-time production data while coordinating with operations, engineering, IT and vendors.
You will support L2/L3 troubleshooting, MES deployments, FAT/SAT testing, and go-lives, contributing to plant stability and continuous improvement through strong cross-functional communication.
