• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks
• Conducting move‑in/move‑out inspections
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
• Maintaining well‑groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited to, trash pickup and snow removal
• Adhering to established policies related to fair housing

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on‑call availability
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
