Maintenance Technician

LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard‑working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self‑motivated and self‑directed.

- Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
- Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
- Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
- Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Conducting move‑in/move‑out inspections
- Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
- Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
- Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
- Maintaining well‑groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited to, trash pickup and snow removal
- Adhering to established policies related to fair housing
- 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on‑call availability
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
