Responsibilities include general building maintenance, repairs, painting, basic plumbing, preventative maintenance, and overall facility upkeep.

• 1st Shift

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, furniture, and minor structural issues.
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and report potential issues.
• Paint, patch walls, and maintain facility appearance.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and minor assembly projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
