Assistant Warehouse Leader

As a Plastipak Warehouse Area Leader, you will assist in leading Material Handlers to move a variety of finished good plastic containers for leading brands.

We offer 12‑hour rotating shifts! Set schedules: 12‑hour shifts and a rotating 2‑week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days—15 working days a month as a full‑time associate! You will be responsible for the efficient performance of all phases of Storage, Shipping and Receiving operations.

• Direct the work of the Material Handlers.
• Act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedure manual.
• Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance.
• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide variety of training & on‑the‑job experiences.
• Ability to work 5:50pm – 6:05am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Leadership, hi‑lo, manufacturing/logistic operation ability.
• Ability to use soft skills with direct reports, excellent communication skills, etc.
