The Quadcone Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

• Ability to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weight conversion.
• The ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.
• Ability to cross-training in Littleford blending is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must be able to maintain or exceed established line efficiencies.
• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, working Monday thru Friday. 2nd shift operates 4pm to 12am Shift differential included for 2nd and 3rd shift.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.
