NEXT Industries is growing our Machine Tool Service team in Michigan
, and we're looking for an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer who knows how to diagnose the problem, find the solution, and get production moving again.
If you've spent years troubleshooting CNC machine tools, working with controls, and solving problems at customer facilities,
we want to talk with you.
You'll work directly with manufacturing customers throughout Michigan, providing hands-on technical expertise in:
- Machine installations & commissioning
- Mechanical & electrical diagnostics
- 4th & 5th axis integration
- Probe & peripheral installations
- Customer technical support
Experience with
Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens or Heidenhain controls is highly valued.
Experience with
Mazak, Okuma, Makino, DMG MORI, Kitamura, Hyundai Wia, Brother, Heller, MAG, OKK, Grob, Yasda, Fidia or other major machine-tool manufacturers is a plus.
You don't need to know every machine on the list. We want someone with strong CNC troubleshooting fundamentals, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and the ability to figure things out.
5+ years of CNC machine tool service, repair, maintenance, installation or troubleshooting experience preferred.
We're looking for someone who:
- Can troubleshoot independently in the field
- Takes ownership of customer issues
- Communicates well with customers
- Is organized, self-motivated and dependable
- Takes pride in doing the job right
40-hour standard work week
Travel throughout Michigan
