CNC Machinist | Direct Hire | $22-26/hr. based on skills and experience | Grand Rapids, MI |
2 Shift options available (training for 2-3 weeks on weekday, day shift hours):
- Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am - 10 hours OT each week
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm - 10 hours OT each week

- Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, and other automated/manual machines to produce precision parts for automotive, electrical, and medical industries
- Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute required tasks and specifications
- Using specialized measuring tools to verify finished parts meet strict dimensional standards
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications throughout machining processes
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machine tools and related devices
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Are experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Have at least 2 years of experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines
- Are physically able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and stand for a full shift
