We provide comprehensive training and support to help you become a skilled Dialysis Nurse while delivering exceptional patient care, committed to safety, infection control and well-being!
Work Arrangement:
Onsite, Monday - Friday, No Weekends. Scheduled holidays and overtime based on nurses' preference.
Hours:
8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. (40 hours per week). Approximate based on the different nursing homes' schedules.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes theoretical and hands‑on training in dialysis techniques.
- Assist in conducting assessments of dialysis patients, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments under the guidance of experienced Dialysis Nurses during the training period.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team, including nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, medications, and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Uphold our commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols.
We are a company comprised of dialysis professionals who specialize in providing Home Hemodialysis in a wide array of settings including but not limited to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Senior Living, and patients' homes. We also specialize in treating patients with higher acuity needs such as ventilator care, tracheostomy care, bedside dialysis, special cardiac conditions, and most other high acuity needs.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
- Current RN licensure in MI.
- Strong clinical nursing background with nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to specialize in nephrology and provide patient-centered dialysis care.
- A strong commitment to patient safety and well‑being.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
