Overview

CNAs notice changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues.
Compensation- Starting wage $20.00 per hour
- Hero/Hazard pay $3.40 per hour

- Full‑time positions available in afternoons and middnights
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, cultivating a positive and healthy environment.
- Completed approved nursing assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing job responsibilities.
