• Starting wage $20.00 per hour
• Hero/Hazard pay $3.40 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
• Full‑time positions available in afternoons and middnights

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, cultivating a positive and healthy environment.

• Completed approved nursing assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
