UP Health System – Marquette is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical Unit. This full‑time role (0.9 FTE, 72 hours per patient) offers a $7,500 sign‑on bonus and a 6×12‑hour night schedule with some days and rotating weekends/holidays.
The 54‑bed unit relies on care aides and provides a fast‑paced environment with admissions and discharges throughout each shift. Michigan RN license and an associate degree are required; BLS‑HCP is mandatory, ACLS preferred.
