Our Nursing Assistants are more than caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with our patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that may indicate potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.
Responsibilities- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, skin care, mouth care, dressing, etc.).
- Support nutritional intake, assess vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, and mobility tasks (turning, positioning, ROM, ambulation).
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by promoting well-being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Starting wage $20.00 per hour
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero/hazardpay
