C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product discovery and deliver exceptional customer service.;
Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment processes including picking orders and timely packing.;
Research order shortages/overages and perform shipment check-in and system reporting.;
Assist with organization and maintenance of stock area and process order deliveries/returns at the register.;
Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
