The Cashier/Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, supports daily store operations, and helps drive sales through effective merchandising, inventory support, and cash handling. This role contributes to a positive shopping experience while ensuring store standards, loss prevention, and operational efficiency are maintained.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store programs.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and display maintenance.
• Support store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Monitor the sales floor to help prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks and other duties as needed to support store operations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move throughout the store environment.

• Primarily indoor retail environment with occasional exposure to seasonal conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Regular interaction with customers, staff, and the general public.
