Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to provide estimates and close sales
• Follow a proven sales process using our tools and software
• Educate customers on fencing options and help them make confident decisions
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
• Track and manage your pipeline and follow-ups

• Consistently closing deals from company-provided leads
• Strong customer experience from first meeting through signed contract
• High close rate and efficient use of appointments
• Clear communication with customers and internal team

• 100% Commission:
  Top reps earn $120K–$180K+
• All warm leads provided: no cold calling
• Pre-set appointments scheduled for you
• Company vehicle provided
• Proven sales process and support team
• Consistent opportunity in a growing market

• Sales experience preferred (in-home sales or home services is a plus)
• Customer-facing experience required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable using technology and sales software
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
