Provide mechanical service and repair for conveyor systems and related equipment at customer sites;
Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventive maintenance, including occasional emergency repairs;
Diagnose equipment problems, assess extent, document findings, and decide parts to repair or replace;
Communicate technical information to customers and stakeholders and provide technical training and support;
Perform on-site services for new and existing clients including emergency repairs, servicing, and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis
