A full‑time maintenance technician position is available at an apartment community in Westland, MI. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to complete service requests and make ready apartments.
Responsibilities include light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds/snow removal. The position requires an on‑call after‑hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team and occasional assistance at sister sites. Wage is based on experience and skill level.
