• Diagnose mechanical and electrical trailer issues
• Repair and replace heavy‑duty trailer components
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs
• Inspect parts for wear, damage, or safety concerns
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools
• Conduct post‑repair testing to ensure safe, proper operation
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and related equipment
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass the lift test, drug screen, physical, and audiogram
• Must supply your own basic hand tools
• Strong time management and work ethic

• 2–5 years of heavy‑duty trailer or equipment experience
• Trailer body, welding, and fabrication experience
• State certifications
• Self‑motivated, positive, and team‑oriented attitude
