, Charlevoix’s premier boutique hotel! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician who is available to work both weekdays and weekends. Prior experience in a hotel maintenance role is preferred, but we are open to considering strong candidates with relevant skills and an interest in the hospitality industry. This is a year‑round, benefits‑eligible position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Performing minor repairs, painting, drywalling, and light carpentry.
- Conducting pool and spa maintenance.
- Addressing general maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
- Starting pay of $22/hour, with the potential to earn more based on experience.
- Benefits available after 90 days, including PTO, Medical, Vision, Dental, and a 401(k) plan.
