• Safely operate flatbed tow trucks to load, transport, and unload vehicles across various locations
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each tow to ensure safety standards are met
• Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring proper securing methods using straps, chains, or other equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their needs professionally
• Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including mileage, vehicle details, and delivery times
• Follow all safety protocols related to commercial driving, conflict management, and equipment operation

• Valid Chauffeur's license
• Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed models
• Experience in conflict management and customer service is highly valued
• Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards
