Analyst-Program/Project 1
Location: Westminster, CA 92683 (some traveling to other service centers; Fullerton, Saddleback, Whittier)
Duration: 18 Months Assignment
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Workdays:
Monday - Friday
- Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software, and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
