At BF Construction Inc, our projects include stadium renovations, commercial tenant improvements, exterior upgrades, site work, and commercial construction projects where sequencing, coordination, and field execution matter.

We are looking for a hands‑on Superintendent who understands how construction actually gets built — someone who can lead subcontractors, maintain production, solve problems early, and keep jobs organized from start to finish.

This is not a desk‑only role. The right candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field driving schedules, managing subcontractors, verifying quality, and ensuring crews are ready for the next phase before work begins.

• Lead daily field operations on active commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and ensure upcoming work is properly prepared
• Conduct daily site walks to identify issues before they become delays
• Verify work quality and ensure all work meets plans and specifications
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Communicate consistently with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field crews
• Track daily progress, maintain organized jobsite documentation, and upload progress photos
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to confirm field accuracy and coordination
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts
• Manage punch lists and coordinate closeout activities
• Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience
• Strong hands‑on knowledge across multiple trades
• Ability to read and interpret complete construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining jobsite accountability
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using digital project management and scheduling tools
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in fast‑moving environments
• Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision

• Commercial TI experience
• Stadium renovation or large public venue experience
• Site work and exterior improvement experience
• Strong understanding of construction logistics and fast‑track scheduling
• Experience working in occupied or high‑traffic environments
