If you can walk onto a job site and immediately spot what’s going to become a problem before anyone else sees it, we want to talk to you.
At BF Construction, we’re looking for a true field leader — someone who understands how construction actually gets built, not someone who only manages paperwork from an office.
This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role for someone with real hands‑on construction experience across multiple trades. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field walking projects, working directly with crews and subcontractors, solving problems in real time, and making sure jobs stay organized, productive, and moving forward.
We want someone who can step onto a site, assess the work in place, identify issues early, and make the adjustments needed to keep the project on track before delays happen.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Walk active commercial construction job sites daily
- Identify issues, conflicts, and sequencing problems before they impact production
- Work directly with field crews and subcontractors to solve problems quickly
- Ensure work is complete, correct, and ready for the next phase
- Improve trade coordination and workflow across active projects
- Hold crews accountable for quality, readiness, and execution
- Verify field conditions, progress, and site organization
- Communicate clearly with leadership about actual job-site conditions and project status
- Help maintain project momentum by proactively addressing field issues before they become costly delays
- This is not a desk‑only management role
- This is not just updating schedules or sending emails
- This is not remote oversight from behind a computer
- This is not a coordinator position without field involvement
- Strong hands‑on commercial construction experience across multiple trades
- The ability to walk a site and immediately recognize what is wrong, missing, or out of sequence
- Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and job‑site workflow
- Confidence to speak up, make decisions, and keep work moving
- Strong follow‑through and accountability
- Clear communication with crews, subcontractors, and leadership
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple active job sites
If you have not worked hands‑on in construction, this is not the right role.
We are specifically looking for someone who has real field experience and understands construction from the ground up — not just from a desk.
