Own the Project From Preconstruction Through Closeout
BF Construction Inc is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from initial planning through final closeout.
We are not looking for someone who only manages reports, forwards emails, or depends on the Superintendent to drive the entire project.
Our Project Managers are builders.

This role requires someone who understands commercial construction, can manage multiple active projects, and is comfortable working in both the field and office.
You must be able to see the complete project—not just today’s issue—and consistently plan what needs to happen next.

- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, procurement logs, meeting notes, and change documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and Bluebeam markups in detail
- Ensure project documentation matches scheduled and completed work
