As the organization continues to expand its Industrial and Environmental Construction practice across the Western United States, we are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead critical field operations on high-profile projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team where your expertise, leadership, and decision-making will have a direct impact on project success.
This is not commercial tenant improvement work.
This is not multifamily construction.
This is industrial project delivery at its best, supporting active facilities, environmental remediation efforts, facility restarts, demolition programs, infrastructure improvements, and complex construction projects that require strong field leadership.
What You'll DoAs the on-site leader, you will oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead field execution on industrial, environmental, and infrastructure construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and contractor activities across active project sites
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and compliance
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and field performance
- Proactively identify and resolve field challenges before they impact project delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, project leadership, and clients
- Drive collaboration and accountability among multiple trades and work groups
- Support facility restart, remediation, demolition, decommissioning, and infrastructure projects
- Provide detailed field reporting, documentation, and progress updates
- Travel throughout the Western United States to support active project sites

- Industrial Wastewater Treatment
- Groundwater Treatment Systems
- Power Generation
- Manufacturing Facilities
- Utilities & Infrastructure
- Decommissioning Projects
- Demolition Programs
- Industrial Facility Restart Projects
- Demonstrated experience leading construction activities in industrial or environmental settings
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple contractors, schedules, and field priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S.
- OSHA certifications and related safety training preferred
