Guest Ambassador - Westminster

An H2GO Guest Support Ambassador (GSA) is the entry position at H2GO Car Wash and the first step in building a career with a company that values teamwork, growth, and great service. GSAs help ensure every guest enjoys a clean car and a positive experience while maintaining a safe and well-kept environment.

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Assist guests at our XPTs and answer questions about wash options
• Perform nightly tunnel and equipment cleaning
• Complete daily cleaning checklists
• Load vehicles safely onto the conveyor
• Complete Brink Results Basic Car Wash Training modules
• Learn chemical product knowledge and safe handling practices
• Use PPE properly, including eye, ear, and hand protection, and coveralls when necessary
• Complete restroom cleaning checklists
• Perform nightly grounds and lot cleaning
• Receive and share guest feedback about the quality of the wash
• Cover a GSA shift at other H2GO locations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Operate and move safely around equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Focus on safety and guest satisfaction

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary work authorization for their age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
