Scion Health Westminster is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in a 109-bed LTAC setting. You will administer medications, support treatment plans, and help patients and families understand care goals in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, an active LPN license, and BLS certification; IV therapy and ACLS may be required in certain areas.
