GENERAL

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Kitchen Team Member contributes to the success of Chick-fil-A Beach Blvd by adhering to

and exceeding Chick-fil-A quality, order accuracy, presentation, and food safety standards while working together with a collaborative spirit in order to achieve excellent performance in all areas

MAJOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Tasks

* Effectively and accurately assembles orders

* Follows standards for proper presentation of orders

* Ensures accuracy of orders

* Works with sense of urgency

* Communicates effectively with the front counter

* Maintains a culture of food safety by properly utilizing Chick-fil-A's Operational tools (ERQA,Safe Daily Critical, & SAFE visits)

* Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency

* Follows cleaning routines in order to meet and exceed Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards

MINOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

* Must have flexible availability which includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays

* Must be eligible to work in the United States

* Be at least 18 years of age

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to stand for more more than 6 hours

* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

* Ability to tolerate working with high heat equipment for extended periods of time

* Repeated wrist and hand motions
