The Kitchen Team Member contributes to the success of Chick‑fil‑A Beach Blvd by adhering to and exceeding Chick‑fil‑A quality, order accuracy, presentation, and food safety standards while working together with a collaborative spirit in order to achieve excellent performance in all areas

• Effectively and accurately assembles orders
• Follows standards for proper presentation of orders
• Ensures accuracy of orders
• Works with sense of urgency
• Communicates effectively with the front counter
• Maintains a culture of food safety by properly utilizing Chick‑fil‑A's Operational tools (ERQA, Safe Daily Critical, & SAFE visits)
• Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency
• Follows cleaning routines in order to meet and exceed Chick‑fil‑A's high cleanliness standards

• Must have flexible availability which includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to stand for more more than 6 hours
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work with chemicals
