Job Title: Enrollment Specialist – Field & Retail (Entry Level)
Location: Garden Grove and Surrounding Area, CA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $17–$21/hour + Performance Bonuses + Incentives
Job Description: We are seeking Enrollment Specialists to support customer onboarding, service activation, and field-based enrollment operations across Orange County. This is an entry-level position with structured training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Travel between retail and field locations
- Assist customers with enrollment and documentation
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish preferred)
- Educate customers on available services and programs
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work at least 3 days per week
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Hourly pay: $17–$21/hour
