Position Overview

  • Prepare, process, and pack meat products (pork, beef, chicken) following food‑safety guidelines.
  • Package and label meat products, merchandize them fresh and appealingly.
  • Check quality, maintain clean and stocked shelves, rotate and remove out‑of‑date items.
Store Associate – Seafood
  • Clean, filet, and prepare seafood products.
  • Greet customers politely, offer assistance and answer questions.
  • Package seafood products to required portion sizes and weights.
  • Create visually appealing seafood displays.
Store Associate – Grocery
  • Unload, sort, and organize items in storage areas.
  • Check expiration dates, generate accurate price labels, and store correctly.
  • Apply first‑in, first‑out inventory system.
  • Maintain correct signage for promotional items.
  • Use the aisle gun to scan and track inventory.
Store Associate – Produce
  • Merchandise produce in a fresh, appealing manner.
  • Handle root vegetables with proper storage, handling and display techniques.
  • Expand knowledge of produce techniques to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Manage displays of UPC items such as tofu, salad, and nuts.

Store Associate – Operation Support
  • Monitor parking lot for loose carts and return them to proper bays.
  • Assist customers with general questions and loading groceries.
  • Help cashier by bagging items.
  • Maintain cleanliness: collect trash/recyclables, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, restrooms, break areas; replenish supplies.
  • Perform other operational tasks, including special cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with all employees to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Place wet‑floor and caution signs, and act immediately to clear water spills.
Store Associate – Houseware
  • Maintain accurate records of houseware inventory.
  • Assist in ordering houseware items.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face sales interactions and demonstrate houseware features and benefits.
Cashier
  • Perform cash register functions: greet customers, scan items, ring up correctly, process payments, issue receipts.
  • Maintain proficiency with item codes and PLUs.
  • Handle all cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Perform opening, shift‑changing, and closing duties while keeping area clean and organized.
  • Assist with bagging items and answer customer inquiries.
Customer Service Associate
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting with products and services.
  • Sort paperwork (invoices, sales orders, item data, etc.).
  • Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies on refunds, redeeming smart‑card points, and cash handling.
