Starting pay range with bonus: $17.90-$19.00 per hour.

As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work jointly with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that delivers exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them on the sales floor, encouraging success and learning opportunities, and analyzing their performance.

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analytical ability to identify and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20 lbs.
