• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend customized insurance solutions across auto, home, umbrella, earthquake, life, specialty, and business lines
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage updates
• Provide timely, accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
• Maintain detailed, compliant client records using agency systems
• Cross-sell products to increase retention and overall account value
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Vietnamese/English bilingual (required)
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and organized
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
