Honda World is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead daily showroom operations, manage deal structure, and help drive outstanding sales performance. This position plays a critical role in achieving new vehicle sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

New Car Sales Manager Qualifications

• Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or New Car Manager experience required
• Proven record of achieving sales volume and gross profit objectives
• Strong desking, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Leadership experience with a commitment to employee development
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and dealership sales processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
