Job Responsibilities
**** Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing Honda vehicles
* Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
* Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
* Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
* Stay informed about the latest Honda models, features, and promotions
* Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

*** Car Sales Representative Qualifications
**** Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
